Refund Policy

Who handles your purchase

All BoreShot purchases — monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and the Lifetime purchase — are processed by Apple. Apple is the merchant of record. Airworthy Labs does not receive or store your payment information and cannot process refunds directly.


How to request a refund

Submit a refund request directly to Apple:

  1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the BoreShot charge and select “Request a Refund”
  4. Choose a reason and submit

Apple reviews all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee a refund outcome — that decision is Apple’s to make under their policies and your local consumer law.


Apple’s general refund policy

Apple does not offer a general no-questions-asked refund right for digital purchases. However, Apple does review requests and grants refunds at their discretion, particularly for cases involving accidental purchases, billing errors, or apps that don’t function as described.


EU consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive, which generally allows you to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction. Apple handles this right on behalf of Airworthy Labs as the merchant of record. Use the same link above (reportaproblem.apple.com) to exercise this right within 14 days of purchase.

Note: This right may not apply if you explicitly consented to immediate digital delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery. Apple’s checkout flow handles this acknowledgment.


UK consumers

UK consumers have similar statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Contact Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com to exercise those rights.


Cancelling your subscription (not a refund)

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not generate a refund for any period already paid. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap BoreShot and then Cancel Subscription

You can also manage subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancellation, you retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.


Free trial cancellation

The 7-day free trial converts automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. No charge occurs during the trial period. Cancel the same way as described above. We do not process refunds for charges that occur because a trial was not cancelled in time — that refund request must go to Apple via the link above.
